Meet Luba Khomskaya
Experience and Education
Luba Khomskaya is a graduate of Brandeis Law School at the University of Louisville, magna
cum laude. She was admitted to practice in California and New York in 2000. Initially, after
moving to San Diego in 2000, Luba began practicing personal injury and business litigation. She
has been a solo practitioner and business legal consultant for the past 10+ years.
Luba was born in a country that does not exists anymore: the Soviet Union. She is lucky to be
able to come to the United States in 1989 and has built a beautiful life with her husband and 4
children in sunny San Diego. She was a volunteer for many years in her public school
community. Luba is an avid reader, traveler, and dog lover. Luba and her family have a rescue
dog named Bailey.
